High Point Riders Club Meetings

Financial Report (Treasurer) - Treasurer present but had no report.

Trail Committee Report (Trail Master): Trail Master present but had no report. Club volunteers noted: Signage needs to be completed and is almost done. Jeremy & Patty Wollmuth, Dustin & Shari Wollmuth, Brian Monier and Joel Kruger have volunteered and will complete the rest of the trail signage.

Unfinished Business (President) - Club trip was voted to be on February 1-5, 2012 to the Black Hills with lodging at The Spearfish Canyon Lodge.Paid club members only will recieve room rate of $79 a night with 2 queen beds per room. Fun Run was voted to be on Saturday, January 21, 2012 starting in Melvin at JR's Bar with registration from 11am - noon. The theme was voted on "Winter Clothes for Kids" to encourage all riders to bring used winter clothing to be donated for kids that need them. Any rider that brings donated winter clothes will recieve perks at Fun Run to be decided at next club meeting as well as fun run route. Also voted was to have our 4th Annual Meet & Greet following ride that will conclude at JR's Bar in Melvin. Sponsors are needed for this event, so members are encouraged to talk to businesses, etc for donations of items, money, etc. First club ride was voted to be on Sunday, December 18th from Jackrabbit Junction in Sibley at 9:30 a.m. to Rock Rapids to the Ice Oval Races. Club voted to continue to have monthly club meetings at the Alley 7 in Sibley every 2nd Monday night of the month at 7pm. Membership dues are due, some members paid the treasurer, Secretary, Shari Wollmuth volunteered to mail out Membership Due reminders to all previous and potential club members.

New Business (President) - Tresurer was reminded to collect membership dues and send them in to ISSA no later then December 30, 2011. President adjourned meeting at 7:45 pm.
